Vegetable Empanadas pair really well with locally & internationally crafted beers and wines.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Place the frozen empanadas on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Brush the empanadas with egg wash.
Don’t skip the egg wash because it is what helps give the empanadas their beautiful color.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Until the crust is golden brown.
Eat immediately or at room temperature.
